To serve you and your advertisers, the teams at RR Donnelley´s Digital Solution Centers are knowledgeable and adept to support and troubleshoot print files created in the following software applications.

General Guidelines
Software, including operating systems, internet browsers, and layout and image applications are continually advancing and new releases promoted for sale/upgrade. A Digital Solution Center (DSC) strongly recommends that you avoid upgrading immediately upon the release of a new major version. This gives the developer time to update the release version with patches that fix "bugs" not apparent until after initial release.

Before upgrading, contact your technical representative to ask about our experience with the new software or version and confirm our level of support.

Software identified in this document is acceptable for application-file submissions (see Application File Guidlines). Files prepared with software not identified in this document should be saved and supplied in PDF format (see PDF File Guidelines).
